President Obama Describes His *Other* Dream Job During "Dinner with Barack"
"I wouldn't mind being on SportsCenter"
In this 29-second video gem newly released from Obama for America, President Obama confides to the guests who joined him for the second "Dinner with Barack" contest about what he'd be doing if he wasn't Commander in Chief.
"I'd be a starting point guard for the Chicago Bulls," President Obama said, his mouth full of salad. "Y'know, I think that ship has sailed, so that's probably no going to happen."
"But I wouldn't mind being on SportsCenter. Doing the Top Ten plays."
The lunch-instead-of-dinner took place on January 6th at DC's Scion restaurant, and the video is one of many the Campaign will produce about the President's many different meals with supporters. At Scion, President Obama dined on a cheeseburger, a green salad, sweet tea, and offered to share his French fries. Last Thursday, the President and First Lady Obama dined with the winners of the Dinner with Barack and Michelle contest at Boundary Road, a bistro in DC. No videos have yet been released. The Dinner with Barack IV contest is currently underway.
In the video from Scion, Scott Zoebisch, 34, of Atlanta, Georgia, a firefighter, is the fellow who asks the President the question; also dining were Bill Blackwelder, 31, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, a US Army Reserves veteran of the war in Afghanistan and horticulture student; Val Grossmann, 54, of Westminister, Colorado, a US Postal Service worker; and Kathy Toigo, 64, of Yerington, NV, a teacher.
In this 37-second video from Scion, President Obama gives advice on Community Organizing:
